Financial Proposal
We charge our fees in accordance with the Advocates Act and regulations thereunder,
specifically the Advocates (Remuneration and Taxation of Costs) Regulations (as
amended),2018 having regard to:
- The nature and value of subject matter and other interests involved;
- The nature and importance of the matter;
- The work to be undertaken and the number and length of documents to be perused;
- The care, labour, and responsibility entailed;
- The exceptional dispatch in which the instructions were carried out;
- The interest of the parties; and
- The unusual complexity of the matter and circumstances under which the matters
were transacted.
